In my work, I don’t look at individual parts in isolation. I look at how decisions, systems and people interact. That’s where most friction appears.

I analyze where complexity emerges and where it has become unnecessary. Inconsistencies. Duplicate actions. Systems that almost, but not quite, work together.

Not by redesigning everything from scratch, but by assessing the whole with precision and bringing it back to what truly matters.
